Information on the take-back of waste electrical equipment
Due to the new Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG3), as a manufacturer and online retailer of electrical equipment, we are obliged pursuant to Section 17 (2) ElektroG in conjunction with Section 17 (1) ElektroG to take back waste electrical equipment free of charge upon delivery. If you have purchased an electrical device of category 2 or 4 within the meaning of Annex 1 of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (detailed view here) from us, you can request the free pickup of a comparable waste electrical device upon delivery of the ordered new device.
When purchasing from our online shop, you have the option in the order overview during checkout to request the collection of such a waste electrical appliance as part of the delivery of your new device.
.
- Personal data on waste electrical equipment must be removed or deleted under your own responsibility as an end user prior to return.
- Waste batteries and accumulators from old equipment that are not enclosed by the main device, as well as lamps that can be removed non-destructively, must be separated from the old equipment by the owner prior to handover and disposed of independently.
